These terms apply when you use wisdomhealingcenter.in or book a session, meditation, course or membership with Wisdom Healing Center, a proprietorship of Tejas Pravin Patel ("Wisdom Healing Center", "we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them. Please read the health section. It is the important one.

1. Who we are

Wisdom Healing Center, a proprietorship of Tejas Pravin Patel, at Trimurti Complex, Office no. 203, 2nd Floor, Near Shantinagar Society, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411048. Founded 2015. Contact wisdomhealingcenter@gmail.com or +91 88306 65582.

2. What we offer

Energy-healing sessions, meditation, courses and a membership, delivered online at a distance and in person at our Pune centre. We also sell healing crystals and related products.

We practise in the tradition of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. Courses run at our centre are taught by a certified trainer in every batch; the trainer's qualifications are their own, and any certificate you earn is issued under the system the trainer is certified in, not by us.

3. Health. Please read this

Energy healing is complementary. It is not medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for it.

• We are not doctors, and nothing we offer is a medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment.
• We do not treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we make no such claim.
• Never stop, reduce or change any medication or medical treatment because of a session with us, or because of anything on this website. Talk to your doctor.
• Continue seeing your doctor. Our work sits alongside medical care, never instead of it.
• If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately. Do not book a session instead.
• Sessions addressing emotional or psychological concerns are not psychiatry, psychology or licensed psychotherapy, and are not a substitute for any of them.
• Results vary between people, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Anything described on this site as a benefit is a possible experience, not a promise.

If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, or are under psychiatric care, please tell us before booking so we can advise whether a session is appropriate.

4. Booking and payment

• Prices are shown on each session page in Indian Rupees (₹) and include everything unless the page says otherwise.
• Booking is confirmed when payment is received and we have confirmed a time with you.
• Payment is taken through Razorpay, our payment gateway. We do not store card details.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a session already paid for.
• For distance sessions we agree a time in IST; please confirm your own time zone when you book.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your part

When you book, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or over, or a parent or guardian is booking for you.
• What you have told us about yourself is accurate, as far as you know.
• You are not using our sessions in place of medical or psychiatric care.
• You will be somewhere quiet and undisturbed for a distance session.

7. Recordings and confidentiality

We do not record sessions unless you ask us to and we agree in writing. Please do not record a session without our agreement.

What you tell us in a session stays with us. See the Privacy Policy for the detail, including that we will not use your story as an example without asking you first.

8. Products

Crystals and other products are sold subject to availability. Natural stones vary in colour, size, marking and shape; photographs are indicative and a small variation is not a defect. Shipping and product returns are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Courses

Course fees, dates and prerequisites are given when you ask about a batch. Where a course requires you to have completed an earlier one, that is a genuine requirement rather than a formality. The material assumes it.

If we have to postpone a course, you may transfer to the next batch or take a full refund. Your choice, not ours.

10. Membership

The Inner Circle is a monthly membership. What it includes is described on the membership page and may grow over time. It is not a course, it does not carry a certificate, and it does not put you ahead of anyone for a one-to-one session. You can stop it at any time; a month already paid for is not refunded.

11. Our content

Everything on this site, including text, images, videos, course material and handouts, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is for your personal use. Please do not reproduce, republish, sell or teach from it without our written permission.

The teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and the associated names and marks belong to their respective owners. We use them to describe the tradition we practise in.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We provide our sessions and this website with reasonable care and skill, but without a guarantee of any specific result.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which these terms do not affect.

13. Links

Where we link to other sites we do so because we think they are useful. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
