Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before a session starts, reschedule or take your money back. Once it is given, it is given.

This policy covers sessions, courses and products bought from Wisdom Healing Center, a proprietorship of Tejas Pravin Patel ("Wisdom Healing Center"), through wisdomhealingcenter.in. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
We would rather reschedule you than refund you, and we would rather refund you than have you feel badly treated. If something has gone wrong, write to wisdomhealingcenter@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88306 65582. Start there, not with the bank.
Sessions
The rule is simple and it is the one we actually keep:

| You do not attend, without telling us | No refund. The time was held for you and the healing was sent at the agreed time. |
| We cancel or postpone | Full refund, or reschedule. Your choice, always. |
Once a session has been given, it cannot be refunded. This includes distance healing, which is performed at the agreed time whether or not you were consciously aware of it.
We do not refund on the grounds that the outcome was not what you hoped for. Energy healing is complementary care and results vary between people. We say so plainly on every service page and in our Terms. What we guarantee is the session: that it is given properly, at the agreed time, with full attention. If you feel it was not, tell us and we will make it right.
Life happens. If you have to move a session at short notice for something genuinely unavoidable, tell us and we will work it out. We are not looking to keep money for a session we have not given.
Courses

Course fees include your teaching material. Once material has been issued, its cost is not refundable.
Products and crystals
- Report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace it or refund it in full including shipping.
- Cleansed, programmed or personally selected stones cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. They have been prepared for you specifically.
- Natural stones vary in colour, size, marking and shape. Photographs are indicative. Natural variation is not a defect and is not grounds for return.
- Return shipping is yours unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Donations
Donations are not refundable. They are voluntary gifts, not payment for a service.
How refunds are made
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send them anywhere else.
- We process approved refunds within 5 working days. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time, typically 5 to 10 working days, and that part is outside our control.
- Refunds are made in Indian Rupees. If you paid in another currency, your bank's exchange rate and any charges apply, and the amount you receive may differ slightly from what you paid.
- Payment-gateway fees on the original transaction are not deducted from your refund.
If you are not satisfied
Write to wisdomhealingcenter@gmail.com with your booking details and what went wrong. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and tell you what we are doing about it.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
