The Pillar 5 library is for people who have done Arhatic Yoga, because a good part of it is course material restated in a student's own words. Giving that to someone who has not sat the course is not generosity, it is carelessness. The Saturday meditation at the centre is limited the same way, and that is our own rule rather than something the tradition demands.
The Kabbalistic Cycle portal is held back for the same reason and not for a commercial one. The wording it reports is Master Choa Kok Sui's, from the Spiritual Business Management course, and publishing it openly would be handing out course material that is not ours to give away.
