What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Wisdom Healing Center, a proprietorship of Tejas Pravin Patel ("Wisdom Healing Center", "we", "us"), operates wisdomhealingcenter.in. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We are the Data Fiduciary for the information described here. If you would rather talk to a person than read a policy, write to wisdomhealingcenter@gmail.com and we will answer you directly.
What we collect
When you book or enquire about a session
Name, phone number (usually WhatsApp), email address, and your city or country so we can work out the time difference for a distance session.
What you tell us about why you are coming
The concern you want help with. Depending on the session that may include information about your physical health, emotional state, relationships, family, work or finances. You choose how much to share. We do not require a medical history, and we do not ask for diagnoses, prescriptions or medical records.
When you pay
Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the reference number. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank credentials. Those go directly to the gateway and never reach us.
When you visit the site
Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics for this. It tells us which pages are useful; it does not tell us who you are.
When you save a place for the free meditation
Your name and WhatsApp number, so we can send you the joining details.
Why we use it
- To arrange, hold and follow up on your session.
- To answer your questions, before or after.
- To take payment and issue a receipt.
- To keep records we are required by law to keep, such as for tax.
- To send you what you asked to receive, and nothing you did not.
We do not use what you tell us in a session for marketing. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. To anyone, for any price.
- We never share what you told us in a session, with other clients, in testimonials, in teaching examples, or on social media, unless you have given us specific, written permission for that particular use. Permission for one thing is not permission for the next.
- We do not send your details to advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
Only these, and only as much as each needs:

We will also disclose information where a court or law requires it, or where it is genuinely necessary to prevent serious harm to someone.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiry and session records are kept for as long as you are in touch with us and for a period afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you return. Financial records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax law requires.
You can ask us to delete your session notes at any time, and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a financial record of the transaction itself. Ask at wisdomhealingcenter@gmail.com.
Some of our providers store data outside India. Where that happens we rely on the provider's own contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and why.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to erase it, subject to the legal-retention point above.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we have not dealt with you properly.

Children
Our sessions are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent. Where a session is for a child, a student counselling session for instance, the parent or guardian books it, and the parent or guardian's consent is what we rely on.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic function and for the analytics named above. You can block or delete them in your browser; the site will still work.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can see client records to the people who need to, and keep payment handling with the gateway rather than on our own systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle what you have told us, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
