No matter how slow you are going, you are still lapping everyone sitting on the couch.

Starting over is never easy, but there is a reason why. The mind is clinging on the past glory. Unfortunately, that is not where we are going. Life is lived forward. When you let go of the past  and focus your energies on building the future, the miracle happens. I observe in life, the future glory surpasses the past glory. There are far better things ahead than there are behind. The only blinding factor to seeing that is our constant romanticizing of the past. ~ Zandise Booi
